Old Stubborn is my Level 1 Certification Rocket. The reason behind the name is because it has been a completed rocket that sat for about one and a half to two years waiting to be launched. For the certification you just need manufacture the rocket by yourself, launch, and have a successful recovery where it can be launched again. This was achieved with this rocket, and it earned me the level 1 certification. With the level 1 certification it enables be to purchase high powered rocket engines level H, and level I.
Recovery
Old Stubborn after being picked up had no noticeable damage and was all set to fly again earning myself the level 1 certification.
